Yes. 14 days, full access, no card required. We want you to set up your vault and decide whether it's worth £4/month before you pay anything.
One click in your account settings. Your subscription stops at the end of your current billing period and you keep access until then. You can download all your data before you cancel, or delete it permanently.
You decide. You can download everything in standard exportable formats, you can delete it permanently, or you can leave it dormant. We'll keep it encrypted and accessible to you for 90 days in case you change your mind, then delete it. Your nominees are not contacted by cancellation alone.
Yes. You can change plans at any time from your account. Switching to annual is a clean way to lock in the £9 saving.
We don't offer refunds. You can cancel anytime to stop future billing and you'll keep access until the end of your current paid period. If you have a genuine hardship case, contact us — we'll always try to do the right thing.
All major debit and credit cards, processed securely via Stripe. We never store your card details on our servers.
If we ever change pricing, existing customers get 90 days' notice and the option to lock in current rates for at least 12 more months. We don't believe in stealth price hikes on a trust product.
Couples and households are already covered: you can link accounts under either of your individual subscriptions, at no extra cost. Larger family or business needs (advisers, employers) are something we're working on. Talk to us if you have specific requirements.
If £4/month becomes a problem, contact us. We'd rather keep your data alive and your family protected than lose you over £4. We have hardship arrangements available. They're not advertised because we don't want them to be the default, but they exist for people who genuinely need them.
