How SuccessionKeeper Protects Your Financial Information

Your information. Your control. Always encrypted.

At SuccessionKeeper, we believe security isn’t just a feature - it’s the foundation of trust. Our architecture is built on a Zero-Access framework with strict access controls, ensuring your data is always encrypted and protected. You are the sole custodian of your information.

Secure by design. Private by default.

UK-hosted & GDPR-compliant

Your data never leaves the UK. We host exclusively in Google Cloud UK data centres, ensuring full compliance with UK GDPR and protection by the world's most advanced security infrastructure.

Zero-Access Architecture

We follow a strict Zero-Access policy. Our team does not read, edit, or share your entries. Only you - and a partner on a Family Account - can access your roadmap.

Advanced Encryption Standards

SuccessionKeeper utilises AES 256-bit encryption. Your data is encrypted at rest in our database and protected by TLS in transit. Every detail remains secure across our infrastructure.

Zero Password Storage

SuccessionKeeper never stores your master password on our servers. By eliminating a central target for hackers, we ensure your access is protected from external threats.

Multi-Factor Authentication

Adding an essential layer of security, optional Multi-Factor Authentication (coming soon) uses one-time codes via email or SMS to ensure only you can unlock your vault and access your details.

No Device Footprint

SuccessionKeeper is designed to leave no trace. Your sensitive data is never stored in local caches or temporary files, protecting your legacy even if your device is lost, stolen, or accessed by anyone else.

Verified Continuity

Our handover process is built on "Proof of Inactivity". Your data is only released to nominees after a multi-stage verification process that you control, preventing any premature delivery.

Quantum-Ready Infrastructure

We stay ahead of emerging security trends to ensure your wealth roadmap remains safe. This proactive care keeps your sensitive information secure and protected for the future.

Continuous Monitoring & Security Reviews

Independent Security Audits

We undergo comprehensive security audits to strengthen our Zero-Access architecture, ensuring our internal protocols remain consistent to keep your wealth roadmap secure.

Infrastructure Monitoring

Our hosting environment is constantly updated against emerging threats, using automated vulnerability management to close gaps before they can be exploited.

Periodic Penetration Testing

We employ ethical hackers for rigorous penetration testing. By simulating real-world attacks, we maintain robust defences against an evolving threat landscape.

Resilient Redundancy & Backups

Your encrypted roadmap is protected by multi-layer backups across secure UK data centres. Even in the event of hardware failure, your data remains intact and recoverable only by you.

Our goal: bank-grade security with user-first privacy.

Our Zero-Access Security Standards

To ensure the highest level of security and to remain outside the scope of regulated financial interference, SuccessionKeeper operates on a Non-Custodial principle. SuccessionKeeper will never:

Store bank or investment logins: We do not need your credentials to help you organize your wealth.
Request your passwords: No one from our team will ever ask for your master password or any account access codes.
Access your financial accounts: We have no technical bridge to your money; we only hold the "map" you create.
Ask for crypto private keys or seed phrases: Your digital assets stay entirely under your control.
Monitor your transactions: We do not see or track how you spend or move your money.

You simply document where your accounts are - not how to get into them.

This dramatically reduces risk and ensures we never touch regulated financial information.
